Goline Logistics Inc was founded in the beginning of 2004. It was jointly invested by Shanghai H & J Trading Company, Kangjian Import & Export Company under Shanghai Pharmacy Group and Shanghai Changsheng Intl. Trading Company. The setup of Goline was approved by the Ministry of Commerce of the PRC (certificate No: MOFCO09589). Goline is a Comprehensive logistics provider of I&E agent and TPL (Third-Party Logistics) services.

Goline has 5 Million RMB registered capital. After 4-year development, Goline has 5 series of services:
1. Sea-freight,air-freight, the import & export cargo transportation services mainly for chemical and hazardous products
2. Domestic warehouse and road transportation services for hazardous, chemical and cold-chain cargos
3. TPL services in tax-free zone
4. International and domestic exhibition transportation services
